All Norfolk households have received a letter from their local District Council outlining the local support available and directing people who need it either now or in the coming weeks, to contact the designated phone line on 0344 8008020 or visit norfolk.gov.uk/coronavirus

All callers will be asked questions to check there are no immediate issues, then passed to their local hub to make sure that the right support can be put in place.
