How to make an appointment to see your doctor or nurse

On a normal working days reception is open from 8am til 6:30pm, except on Mondays until 8pm (Millwood only). During this time you are able to book appointments for any of our doctors or nurses. Appointments can be booked up to around three weeks in advance.

You can register with SystmOnline and book your doctors appointments on line via the link at he top of this page or by the Online Services quick link.

Urgent appointments are dealt with by the On The Day team at Millwood. The team is made up from GPs, a nurse practitioner and our primary care practitioner. If you require an urgent appointment you will be seen by this team.

For routine GP appointments, where possible we will book you an appointment with your preferred GP. This may not always be possible in which case we will offer you an appointment with an alternative GP.

The doctors will always try and give their best to give enough time to each patient. Please try and ensure that if you have more than one problem you discuss this with reception and consider booking a double appointment. Please also remember that each appointment is for one patient only; if two members of one family try to be seen in a single appointment, other patients will be kept waiting.
